Can it be disposed of with regular trash after use?

• After ONE TIME use, allow the heating pack to cool down and dispose it with household waste.

What is the shelf life of the product?

• The shelf life is up to 3 years, and we are currently producing future heating packs to last up to 5 years..
  

What is the typical food preparation process?

• First, prepare a container similar in size to the heating pack. If the container is large and requires prolonged cooking, you may use two heating packs. Then, pour water into the container, which will immediately start steaming and boiling the water. Place another container with food on top of this setup to cook your meal
